1. Identify the significance of different heart murmurs and when to initiate a further investigation.
2. Outline the indications and safety considerations for initiation and managing anticoagulation therapy for atrial fibrillation.
3. Identify the signs, symptoms and management pathways of aortic and mitral valve disease.
