Adenomyosis: An under recognised cause of painful heavy periods

Studies suggest that 1 in 5 women are estimated to have adenomyosis, a gynaecological condition that causes the lining of the uterus to grow into the uterine muscles and can often cause heavy and painful menstrual bleeding. Revisit the diagnostic tools and treatment options for this condition with Dr Eisen Liang.
